The Chairman of Sesame seeds (Ridi) Farmers Association Kano Chapter Alhaji Isyaku Ahmed says the group has resolved to support the All progressive congress Presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu during the forthcoming gender elections.
Isyaku Ahmed stated this during a media briefing held in Kano.
He said the Agro commodities directorate has resolved to vote for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu because of his love and care for the farmers and farming in Nigeria.
Isyaku Ahmed said they have the belief that if Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu assumes the mantle of leadership
of the nation, the agricultural sector would have the needed attention and support, hence they will be resolved in ensuring that APC wins the forthcoming presidential elections.
” We believed that Asiwaju has a beautiful blueprint for the Agricultural sector, and that’s why we resolved to vote for him, he is the only presidential candidate who invited us and discussed with us, and he requested us to submit our challenges so that it would be added in his master plan “
Alhaji Isyaku Ahmed’s different agricultural associations come together to form the Agro commodities directorate, stressing that they have over 25 million members across the country, and they will all cast their votes for Tinubu.
He maintained that of Tinubu’s expertise and commitment, he is the only candidate who will salvage the nation from its current situation and challenges.
