The katsina state PDP gubernatorial candidate senator yakubu Lado Danmarke says the party is poised is poised to rescue Nigeria from the myriads of challenges facing the nation if voted into power. Addressing thousands of supporters in mashi LGA,senator yakubu Lado said the ruling APC has plunged the country into series of socio-economic and security challenges in it’s seven and a half year-reign. He enjoined the party faithful in the state to remain united with a view of dethroning the APC at national and states levels. The chairman of the campaign council senator Umar Ibrahim Tsauri said the reign of the APC is chacterized by industrial strikes, insecurity and economic backwardness, hence the need for the electorate to change the narrative. The Director General of the campaign council Dr Mustapha Muhammad Inuwa, explained that Education, Youths and Women empowerment would be judiciously prioritised by the PDP administration if given the mandate. Also speaking, the Daura senatorial candidate senator Ahmad Babba kaita, who called on eligible voters to obtain their permanent voters card without further delay,accused the ruling APC of trying to cause disunity in the state PDP.
