Again, the Katsina State APC Gubernatorial Candidate, Dr. Dikko Umar Radda, has passed through the most bandits infested area in Katsina South Senatorial Districts during his campaign tour.

The statement said Dr. Dikko Radda has visited all the wards in Faskari and Sabuwa Local Government Areas, where bandits hold sway. He’s insistence to visit every ward is to have first hand knowledge of the problems bedeviling the state with a view to solving them.
Recall that he paid similar visits to the most dangerous areas in Jibiya, Batsari and Safana Local Government Areas where many lives and properties were lost to banditry.
Dr. Radda, while consoling the people in Faskari and Sabuwa, reminded them that he was personally affected as one of his brothers was murdered and another one kidnapped for ransom by bandits.
He assured them that he would tackle insecurity with a passion, using whatever methods necessary to end it. He donated three motorcycles to members of the vigilante in Damari, Sabuwa Local Government Area.
Other areas the candidate noticed, which needed government intervention were agriculture, roads, healthcare, joblessness, among others.
He, particularly, noted that in Sabuwa, the road from Sayau to Rafin-Iwa to Sabuwa needed the government’s quick intervention. Dr. Radda said it was one of the priorities he would consider if elected as governor.
Those who accompanied the gubernatorial candidate to Faskari and Sabuwa included his running mate, Faruk Lawal Joɓe, the APC Katsina State Chairman, Sani Daura, his deputy, Bala Abu Musawa, the Director-General, Katsina State APC Campaign Council, Arch. Ahmed Musa Ɗangiwa, the Commissioner of Water Resources, Musa Adamu Funtua, that of Environment, Hamza Sule, other contestants and many other important dignitaries.
