Katsina State Ministry of Water Resources and Sustainable Urban and Rural Water Supply, Sanitation
And Hygiene SURWASH have organized send forth ceremony to the out going Commissioner Musa Adamu Funtua.
Speaking during the Ceremony the permanent secretary of the ministry Sani Isyaku Masari said, the ceremony was organized in recognition of the Commissioner’s contribution to the development of the ministry.
He said, the Commissioner has left legacy that cannot be forgotten for many years.
In their separate remarks, the Managing director state water Board Ibrahim Dasuƙi Abubakar and Executive Director Ruwassa Aminu Dayyabu described commissioner as honest, trustworthy and dedicated to work which enable him to record success in his stewardship.
According to them, the Commissioner operated an open door policy and carried all staff alone.
Responding, the Commissioner Musa Adamu Funtua expressed gratitude to the organisers and pledged to maintain the relationship built with the staff of the ministry.
He said,the achievement recorded was due to the contribution of the staff and management of the ministry.
The ceremony was attended by water friends and other staff of the ministry.
