Katsina State governor Mallam Dikko umar Radda has promised to adhere strictly to the laid down procedure in governance.
The governor was speaking at a special preaching session in his honor held at presidential banquet hall government house katsina.
He said the twenty point Agenda on quality leadership raised by an Islamic cleric from Kano were in line with his strategic policy direction toward repositioning the state.
Mallam Dikko Radda who promised to make best use of the advises of the Ulamas,prayed Almighty ALLAH to bless him with GOD fearing lieutenants who can support him to deliver.
Earlier a Kano based Islamic scholar, Sheikh Bin Usman who outlined thirty point policy Agenda,, identified water supply, quality education,power supply and security as among other areas need to be given priority urged the governor to continue with all good projects and policies started by the immediate past administration.
He also pleaded the new administration to ensure all appointments in his cabinet are based on merit.
On his part a katsina based popular Islamic scholar sheikh Dr Muneer sheikh Jaafaru who spoke on the fairness in leadership said fruitful reward await any leader who administer justice to his followers.
Others who spoke include the state chairman of JIBWIS Sheikh Yakubu Musa Hassan and The chairman of the groups council of Ulamas Nasir Abdulrahman Funtua who also encouraged leaders at any level on the dangers of biased leadership .
