Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda,of Katsina State 
has appointed Alhaji Usman Isyaku as the Head of Service of the state.
His appointment, which was contained in a letter signed by Governor Radda takes immediate effect.
Alhaji Isyaku was until his appointment the Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Head of Service.
