The Minister of State for Police Affairs, Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim has restated Federal Government’s committment to upgrading the Nigerian Police Force into a global standard security organisation.
She stated this stated this during a working visit to the Kaduna Police Command.
Hajiya Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim said the visit was to show solidarity and express gratitude to the Police Force, rebuild and restore confidence of citizens in the force.
The Minister pointed out that she was in Kaduna to assess the working condition of the command so as to chat the way forward.
She assured of improved welfare package and reform in their accommodations, and other concerns.
The Minister also toured round some police facilities, which included barracks, police station, police primary school, police college among others.
